Worst first time experience with MWEB

Worst first experience with this provider. I took out a package with MWEB almost 2 weeks ago and have not been able to use the service ever since!

A plug and play package should be as simple as plugging in the router, insert the sim card and the rest should be history but not with this company.

I paid my activation fee and got my router and sim card 1 - 2 days after registration, happy with the quick turn around time as i need wi-fi to work from home. I followed all the instructions but still no internet connection, all I get is a “no internet connection” response.

I’ve tried getting in contact with support by calling their customer care number but to no avail. I tried installing the app and chatting with an agent but no response or long response times with no resolution.

The few interactions i had with the support agents or call centre agents was a complete waste of time and airtime; with one agent promising to call back when i get home only to get the call and the call getting cut!

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this service as a first time client; definitely would not recommend them.

Definitely cancelling this subscription ASAP!!
