Worst fibre / wifi service provider experience ever

This has been the worst experience that I've ever had with a fibre / wifi service provider. I pay R800 a month for wifi that does not work, spent R500+ of airtime on the calls to try and get a hold of someone to resolve the issue, hours and hours of waiting and phoning and back and forth, and still the issue has not been resolved. It is impossible to deal with these people.

I will not recommend them to anyone. Terrible service.
