Worst fibre service provider !!!!

My line has been down from the 9th of September 2024, I told the person I report the fault to that the broadband line is on however the service light is off. They still insisted on sending a fibre technician who failed to fix the issue. A week later no one know what the problem is with my line or how to fix it. The reference number for this ticket is MWB***2
