Worst fiber service received recently from M WEB Myburgh von Vollenstein

Ordered fiber to be installed with router at home or my client Myburgh von Vollenstein which had frogfoot fiber cables laid already. Order was done on line and reported on and they went out to install but the router was not supp****. On checking the router had not been included in the order. After waiting another few days router was delivered but so far it is not operational as there was no followup on the completion of the installation but the account which was made out to my client was activated on the date the original technician was there which is now 4 week ago still no internet service. Tried to call all the different departments but after hanging on for a long time the phone goes dead. No contact by email except a very helpfull employee who I managed to get on his email address and he gave me some advice but he was not involved with the actual technical department which need to sort out the problem. The payment of the account gets put through without giving the service he is paying for.
