Worst Fiber Company

I Logged a call in Feb an still till now no one came to resolve the issue. they called and ask if the issue is resolved to what we told them no it has not.

This call has been closed in the mean time by saying the Fiber line is fixed. Please see the Ref No: MWB***1 as i made a comment on there that I hope you see.

Worst customer care and Fiber knowledge I have ever seen.
