Worst F service around!!!!!!

Worst service ever! Staff I spoke to just gives you bull**** to get you off the line!. My service was working fine until I had to switch to debit order because of Vuma reach. The sales agent said I'd receive a sms with a payment link with in 40 mins well its a week later, called back spoke to a useless technical consultant who said there is a error on your account which makes no damn sense but then was told within 24 to 48 hours the issue would be resolved and guess what it's a week later, a week later my business is being affected, a week later of having to purchase data over and over because everything in my house hold requires data. I left numerous messages on the account through my account and none of them call me back. Looking at the reviews here mweb doesn't even reply to any of this **** either.
