worst experience from mweb
I recently just took out an MWeb LTE package. The add says first month free. So i took out the package , about a week later they tried to debit me without saying that this was going to happen or anything . I didnt have money in that account at the time as it was in my other accounts . Now i received an email saying i need to pay R2800 for early cancellation
This is unacceptable and i feel is false advertising as they say first month free, then they charge you and it bounces , then they make you pay R2800. I also never officially cancelled by package but now pay to cancel it .
All i want is my wifi up and running
I was going to recommend them to the people in my area as the signal was good but after this i will not to that at all , or take anymore mweb packages
i would suggest to all reading this . Save yourself the R2800 and stress and go to afrihost

after speaking to a very helpful lady in your billing department i was able to rectify my account and settled what was needed to . I was told by her that everything was sorted and that i wouldnt have to worry about any other payments excpet for my monthly rate of R500, which is perfect.
On saturday you debited R2300 from my account for reasons unkown. I logged a query on my portal and was told that i dont need a refund as my account is up to date . This means i have paid over R3000 for a month of your wifi and now im being told im not supposed to be refunded ????/
My faith was just resotored in this company and then this . Honestly worst service i have ever recieved and slowest .
