WORST EXPERIENCE AND IM NOT EVEN ONBOARD YET

I ordered but have not gotten my order nothing !!!! No communication, can’t reach them on their lines or even the chat !! This has to be the worst thing ever I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER SEEN
