Worst experience

Mweb is a terrible service provider. My WiFi has been off since 13 January. Open serve as well are giving me the run around. For 3 weeks now. Issue hasn't been resolved. I am going in for my fourth week without WiFi. But they are quick to debate my money month end. No regard for their customers.
