Worst ever service

I have signed up for fibre on the mweb website. I am still waiting for installation nobody is in contact with me. I am trying to phone them but waiting for ever to speak to somebody with no success. I want to cancel but do not know where to do it. This is pathetic service worst ever. I am going to VOX. Can someone give me a call please from mweb
