Worst ever

My name is Sha Kistersamy. Im a customer with mweb and I'm having continuous issues 1st my package was upgraded without my knowledge even after me calling and explaining that I need to downgrade I've been also experiencing issues with my connection and I find out my line is De graded damaged. I stopped paying for a couple of months due to no help being provided now they suspend my line and fail to help when I asked for mweb to do certain things they don't do it and do things without making me aware but when I stop paying it's a problem all this while I was paying fine now because I had enough and stop paying it's a problem up until now they can't help I'm using my own airtime because everytime the call drops they don't call back.
