Worst custumer support experience ever.

Spent more than an hour on the phone trying to get hold of an support agent without luck. Also spent upwards of three hours trying the "live" chat option. - nothing to show for that effort either. Had it only been an isolated incident ! However , seems that is how they roll. Cannot see any feedback from MWEB on Hellopeter either.
