WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER - OR SHOULD I SAY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

What a joke trying to get hold of anyone for technical support. Tried telephonically and having called multiple times and eventually being cut off after at least a half hour wait… not on! Then tried their live chat and the same thing. Hold on for in excess of half an hour to have the chat dropped multiple times before an agent is even available! Worst customer support ever!!!!
