Worst customer service on another level

Mweb debits from the wrong account after I was told I can do it on the app.I gave a consultant the new banking information when I saw they debiting from the wrong account.After calling them numerous times I'm put on hold and I had to pay cash from my account to theirs this is utter bull**** a customer service number thats always busy and forever puts you on hold they not even attempting to get back to me not even via email
