WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Poor customer Service , No Communication Called in Three times. Paid for Upgrade on Line. Nothing happens. No Communication. Every time I phone I must keep explaining. Asked for Manager to call me on Second Call. No Call received. They say it was a system error but I must phone to hear that. Get messages to make payment. Get emails for a product I did not want. I get told to ignore it.

I need this resolved asap
