Worst customer service ever

Mweb cancelled my internet on the 2nd of dec for no reason...

With all their call centres and channels nobody can help me or give me an explenation why they cancelled it and when and whom will fix it.

No one calls me back and no one knows who can help me worst customer service and their admin doesnt even answer even when your on hold for an hour. Mwev is pathetic and a customer is just another number. The sales team just cuts you off
