Worst customer service ever. Cancelled a fibre service. Cancellation acknowledge on email, only to be debited again. Chat on the app says service was reactivated to a new address - refuse to say by whom and on whose authority and then simply refuses th refund even though there has been no usage on the line. Totally impenetrable customer service …. Time to change all other mweb fibre connections to another service provider …
