WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This is my fourth review of a company I have been a customer with for 30 years. Mweb blocked me on social media. When they don’t like or care to respond to queries and complaints, they simply block you. I am seriously considering moving to another service provider. My junk folder is fuller than it’s ever been! Their customer service is NON EXISTENT and their fibre price is going up! I have repeatedly sent an inquiry through to Mweb via their app and received absolutely ZERO response! Mweb have gone from one of the best service providers with the best customer service (possibly in the last few years) to the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Note, I have received NO response from Mweb about these reviews. They chose to ignore my requests on Facebook and blocked me on Facebook! They have also blocked me on Twitter!
