Worst customer service ever!

So disappointed with the service! Been a client for more then 10 years. Some1 called to make a sale on the 11th. Not only did they advertise false information (I have requested for the call recording but still have not yet received feedback) I have had to call myself to follow up on the progress of the order because no1 is returning my calls even after the complaint has been escalated to management. I have even requested for the order to be canceled because I have not received any proper feedback but they have not canceled the order or provided me with feedback! Very disappointed! And frustrating!
