Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Must be the worst customer service ever - I've logged a house move request on the 5th of December... moved into the new premises on the 29th of December, all worked... and then on the 1st of January no internet.... and no proper answers from MWEB.... phoning and holding on for 30mins+ every time... and when asking to speak to a manager, I get cut off!!!!
