Worst customer service.

I have tried to reregister my domain now for a month. Debit didnt go off. I have to wait an hour on the call just to speak to some one and then just to be cut off. It is pathetic. My phone cuts off after an hour on the call. You are very quick to bill but have customers sitting on the phone for hours just to sort out a problem .
