Worst Customer Service

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! . I have been on the phone for 2 hours on a number that they provided on my monthly statement. I tried alternative numbers on Google and no answer, just listening to that automated voice recording. There is nothing to compare Mweb customer service to honestly , it is terrible
