Worst customer service

Worst service I've ever received. I honestly would cancel if I didn't have to pay so much to do so. I recently took a fibre contract with them. The company they subcontracted for fibre came to install it and it was on and showed the lights it supposed to. But by the time the the router arrived the octel fibre was off and no it's not the plug. I've been going back and forth with Mweb since the 21st now it's the 27th, everytime they call me it's the same questions as if the plug is off I'm so disappointed. I've literally paid for this for nothing and they keep telling me it's escalated.
