Worst Customer Service!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! I have never been so frustrated to get in contact with a service provider like MWEB. They are the worst! I have been trying to get ahold of them, calls are not answered, Live chat takes an hour before you can get an agent, sometimes you don’t even after waiting for an hour or more.. once you close the chat you lose the chat and have to start again. You can’t exit the app if you are waiting for the agent, so I can’t use my phone at all if I’m on the chat screen “waiting” for an agent. Phone calls?! They never answer you will keep waiting for more than 30 minutes. No ways. This is the worst service I’ve ever received
