Worst customer service
They have the worst customer service i ever experienced....i used almost R200 airtime trying to upgrade my line speed..even asked for a call back and now i sitting without wifi since this morning...honestly regret using them as a ISP....no communication with me on their whatsapp or online chat service...please use any other ISP before considering Mweb
