Worst customer service

Today we've been trying to get hold of an agent from Mweb and we finally soon to an agent and we gave that agent our details and he said please hold while i check your details, 50min later i was holding until i hung up with no assistance, its been a year with them trying to get our refund or a connection with them as they never connected us nor helped us, they kept on saying they will get someone to call us and they don't keep on their word nor do they assist, worst customer service ever, ridiculous, don't bother with them for any service.
