Worst Customer Management you will find

Worst ISP and customer management I've come across in my history. You cant get through to sales department, you can't get through to orders department and a long waiting time with tech. Its just a mess. If you are with MWEB and have no issues yet, pray that you never have problems that requires you to call them. I've logged in many call backs after spending so much just on airtime trying to get through to them. I want to solve an issue of a router and its been weeks, trying to address with MWEB.
