Worst costumer care.

I have tried to contact them to cancel my subscription. After a few weeks I got hold of someone that actually knew what they are doing and referred me to someone that can assist. I was advised to pay a cancelation fee of R 380 or something in that line. I paid the fee and now 3 months later the never stopped the debit order. My line was canceled and now this moth took R1200 from my bank for no reason.

Very unhappy and would never erver even think to recommend them.
