WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
Must be close to only government department with the WORST level of service I have received. I have relayed my problem over and over and despite telling the agent that I was transferred to the department by their colleagues ,you are told to hold on then they transfer you and over 90% of the time the call is cut
