WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
My Mweb Account was paid on Jan 02, 2025, however, on Jan 08, 2025 my internet services was suspended, they said that my services was suspended due to late payment? does this make any sense, whether i paid on Jan 01 or Jan 02 what is the difference, i reached out to customer services where they advised that services will only be up and running within 24 hours, even though its paid... i went on a live chat with SINDISWA who said that she forced the connection, i must reboot and advise, i did attempt to reboot, however, services was still not connected, PATHETIC SERVICE

08 Jan 2025, 16:20I now went on a chat with DALI Mani who advised that he cannot see any payments even though i sent proof of payment, He never came back after i sent proof of payment and left the chat blank, IS THIS THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THAT MWEB PROMOTES
