worst company in South Afric

I have never in my life worked with a company so bad is mweb I went away from teklom because of bad Service but mweb is shocking.

I app**** almost 3 weeks ago. And since Tuesday i have been phoning 2-3 times a day holding on 30-50 min each time transfered to another department holding again 30-50min. Every time a different excuse…..and still no solution.

Now evrything is active and you want to deduct money, but still i am off line. Now openserve needs to come out ad fix the problem in my place.

I am letting you know if the problem is not fixed by tomorrow 12pm you can cancel everyting and reimburse me for the time/minutes wasted to get trough to mweb.

I was so bad that my cellphone was suspended do to reaching my credit limit of R5000.

How difficult can it be to get this sorted. You are very quick to sell a product but with NO SERVICE!!!!!!

Since I work in retail and in tehnology I will make it clear to every and anyone to stay away from mweb!!!!
