Worst Company ever 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The worst worst worst service provider ever,I’ve never met people so *********** and so unprofessional in my existence. I ordered a fibre line 2 weeks ago, payment was made and I’ve been sent from pillar to post ever since. 2 weeks later I’m told that they have no coverage in my area,something that they could’ve checked at the beginning of the inquiry. Now I’ve been told that I made no payment and I’m not getting a refund. Luckily I had proof of payment and all the screenshots. Now they can stop apologising. 2 weeks with no Wi-Fi imagine. I will not recommend MWEB even to my worst enemy I swear. And I was told not to utilise them but I used my better judgement boy was I wrong. And I have all the names of the people who were “assisting”
