Worst company around

This must be by far the worst company to deal with An installation had taken more then 2 months to be done, once done they allocated order to wrong account after creating new profile To have this changed there is a ticket opened for 23 days still not resolved Every attempt made to have this sorted falls on deaf ears with no response

Please use another service provider these guys just dont care and you cant even call any other number then the call centre who are cluessless
