Worst client service ever

I would like to giva a 0 star rating to this organization,

They have absolutely no care or worry about a customer and never go the extra mile for us.

I recently app**** to move to a new home, and the unforseen happened, now they will expect me to Pay full amount but I will be without wifi for 2 weeks, they refuse to aid me in this.

"yes ma'am but just take you can take the wifi router with you" okay... And the other person can just connect their wifi to my box wonderful....

This place sucks and deserves no customers...

Really upset...
