Worst Cancellation ever

I have been Trying to cancel my contract since March 2020! I have been calling and every time I'm on the phone for 45 minutes or more before this company hangs up on me, they do not respond to any emails and I honestly do not know what to do anymore thus is the worst service I have ever reviewed from an Internet provider. I am at my wits end, I gave no idea what to do or how to get in touch with them to cancel my contract, they are still charging me but I have not had any Internet from them since the beginning of March. If anyone knows how I can contact them to cancel my contract please get in touch I am at the point where I'm contemplating getting a lawyer involved if this is not sorted out soon.
