worst call center ever
I have been on hold for the past 1 hour and a half already trying to get hold of Mweb and nothing. this is super frustrating really

When you apply for a service they help you fast and then when you have a query you cannot even get through. this is the worst service ever. i am highly disappointed in the horrible service received. I would like to move my account from this useless service provider

02 Jan 2024, 16:33i have never dealt with such terrible service and i regret using Mweb, their call center is non functional yet these useless call center agents gets paid monthly. I am looking for another ISP as soon as i get one i will move from Mweb in a flash they are useless or maybe a better word for their incompertance needs to be created. I AM DONE WITH THIS USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER

i have never dealt with such terrible service and i regret using Mweb, their call center is non functional yet these useless call center agents gets paid monthly. 03 Jan 2024, 08:25i am extremely frustrated as i am trying again today have been on the like for 20mins already holding , i called at 8 exactly to make sure i call first as they don't seem to answer during the day. but the same thing again this morning.MWEB IS USELESSL !!!!!!!!!. I am so glad my friend who i reffered cancelled her contract with MWEB when she moved

03 Jan 2024, 08:34eventually got I'm given a BS story that the payment made on the 29th was to cover the month of Dec when my account was suspended. This is such BullS??? as my service was suspended the whole of Dec and now i paid my monthly subscribtion and i covered for 3 Days. THIS IS DAY LIGHT *******. I am done with Mweb they are cheats and robs people. DONT EVER USE MWEB THEY **** AND ROB PEOPLE.

eventually got I'm given a BS story that the payment made on the 29th was to cover the month of Dec when my account was suspended.
