WORST CALL CENTER EVER

Good day

I’m having continues problems with the accounts department at mweb.

I’ve been trying to contact them to sort it for months now to put my account on reoccurring and deleting an order on my account.

Do you please have a manager’s contact details?

In the last 3 days I have contacted them 5-7 times and been on hold for 3 hours.

I’m on hold now for 50 min so far again and I keep getting transferred from one consultant to another but no solutions

Please urgently assist

no stars, this is the worst call center i have ever dealt with in my life
