Worst after sale service !!!

Worst ever !!! My husband and I got in touched and took their fiber package the persistent sales agent assuring us that everything will be installed in max 14 days and that we will have heard feedback in 5 days pushed very hard called back several times in the day and then nothing happened after sale, no contact from their installation team I tried to call in spent so much time on hold and the phone just cut the sale was finalized the 5th of December by the way not bothered if we have holiday plans and will not be available! We tracked order by the way no progress since day of sale !!! Horrible horrible I definitely wouldn’t recommend it !
