WORST - ABSOLUTE WORST- SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

I ordered fibre installation last week on Tuesday 25/04/2023, got no acknowledgement of the order until I called the 4 times on Friday 28/044/2023 (2 of the calls, which were randomly dropped). On my 4th attempt, I was told a proof of address is needed.

I've sent the proof of address, called again today and waiting for 15 minutes with my call not being answered. 15 minutes on hold and I got through to NO ONE! Now I'm in limbo of what's gonna happen to my order, nor am I getting answers.

SO FRUSTRATING!!
