Worse Services

Terrible service! They jump to call you for sales but when you need support no one answers and when they do, they dont help! They keep ons transferring me or telling me they will call me back. They give me the incorrect upload speed and tell me that I need to take a bigger package then maybe the problem will be fixed. I tried to cancel but they dont answer when I call or respond to my live chats and even hang up on me! Worse service ever! I feel like I am being ******!
