Worse service provider

My services with MWEB got canceled automatically, without me even calling them, they took payment on the 26th and it's not even a full month! That they have canceled! They have the audacity to tell me that my service provider canceled my services knowing very well that I work for the same service provider, they then proceed to tell me that I need to pay another full months subscription in order to get my services up and running after me just paying them,
