Worse service in 30 years.

I have been with Mweb from the days of global...long before Mweb. I have changed accounts an dupgraded over the years...but as of now, i have never had such bad service. Sott Ross duck and dives an dall the promises made when he was making the sale...is gone...I hav ephoned 6 times ..asked to speak to managers, asked for managers - who are never available to phone me...nothing. This has cost me more than R3500 and still no communication. What is wrong with you?
