Worse service ever!!!!

We have firstly been trying to transfer the connection to our tenants which never happeneded, then we wanted to cancel it and mweb did not cancel yet now I must pay the outstanding amount in order for them to cancel it, and now on top of that you want to charge me for FEB????? I WANT IT CANCELLED!!!!!!! I have new tenants who want to use their own wifi but are unable to due to this mess!!! Why am I liable when I asked for it to be cancelled and why am I being charged now for FEB on top of that before you can cancel it?
