Worse service ever!

This company only cares about making sales. Once you sign up with them they don’t care about you as a customer. All they want is money, then they move on to the next new sales. I signed up with them when I was just enquiring and immediately they signed me up before I could even cancel with my then service provider. Don’t know how they did it but it was that smooth for them. Now after numerous problems with them in a space of 3 months I cancelled with them and wanted to go back to my previous service provider( been with them for a year and a half). After struggling to cancel they finally sent me an email confirming my cancellation, with reasons that favour them (non-payment), even though I am the one who cancelled their service and decided not to continue with them. I rejoiced when I received that email and felt liberated. Unfortunately when the other company tried to sign me up, they are not able to due to a message they got that I am still with MWeb! What kind of nonsense is that MWeb! How can you take customers from other companies and refuse to release them back to their original service provider? Your after sales service sucks and you are very good at snatching customers and sign them up, so as to appear good and productive.
