Worse service ever, empty promises no 14days waiting period, ul wait forever

Worse service ever, I registered with them since early December last year and I have been awaiting on their call for installation, they were quick to call for the surety money, but I have not received any feedback from them only thing I get is they need my contact details,which I provided,and they keep postponing the waiting period, this 14days waiting period has turned into a nightmare I can't even change because il forfeit my money with them, if you need Fibre anything but Mweb unless be prepared to wait. When I contact them, they always escalating, still waiting.
