Worse service ever.

if i could give a worse review i would.

I been having download speed problems. I pay for 300 meg down but don't get over 90meg but 150 up.

I spent over an hour on the phone with them, and then I got warnings because I didn't speak to them, but I heard them perfectly. But they did it on purpose as it was close to 20:00 p.m.

They blame me as a user due to my ups on the fiber box and router. But it has been on the ups for over a year with no problems. Been a client with them for over 15 years. and have other products with them as well. Call me on ***.

Don't even get me started on your app.
