Worse service and network

MWEB LTE MTN uncapped wifi connected without internet I am so disappointed with the Mweb LTE after such a long time with Mweb. Having had fibre and was happy with the service . I then moved to a new place without fibre then I notified them of the moved and then opted for LTE MTN uncapped. however I am unable to work or connect to the internet , I am unable to get through to the contact center
