Worse Service and I want my name cleared

I was sold an internet plan and the sales agent told me lies had to buy routers which I was later told they don't work with the Sim card. I told them I'm canceling after numerous calls but they continue to bill me for services I never used. Logged a ticket regarding this matter and still no feedback as it's been more than 8 days already.

I typed this to their social media acciunt: I'm still waiting for my feedback and I was advised that would be sorted by now. Ticket number:MWB***9

I'm really tired of this as I'm getting calls that I have been taken to a third party regarding this.

I didn't use your services. You need to resolve this as soon as possible.
