WORSE OF THE WORST

I lack words because I don't know what to call the situation I am in, numerous calls, chats nothing I am currently on a chat with Grantham in sales he asked what do I need I told him 20 ,min later he asks the same question like really you guys think we have nothing to do and can just sit on the phone and keep you busy if you are bored we are not there is a lot that needs to be done. I am so over this manner of being treated yet you take my money every month without doubt
