Worse LTE operator even telkom is better and they the worse

My lte simcard stopped working on 2 January I called mweb and reported the issue it's clear the sim card stop working as its showing no signal on multiple devices. They ask me to wait 7 days to see if its the sim card and then 7 more days to wait for a new sim if the sim is faulty. In the day and age we living with Internet TV alexa controling my house now I have to buy prepaid data to operator my lights no compansation no TV for 14 days from mweb just excuses tells me alot of what u think of your customers there is many other services out there and u not looking after loyal customers its been 4 years
